Montezuma Beach Villa

On Montezuma Beach, 500 m from town, includes swimming pool, 3 air conditioned bedrooms, (4 bedrooms summer of 2025) changing to 3 bedrooms January 2026) 3.5 baths, luxury kitchen, out door dinning for 12, wash + dry, wifi and BBQ/Bar area for entertaining. The jungle behind has countless wildlife. White sand beach right in front of house Restaurants, groceries, shops, tour agencies and beach bars, minutes by foot to the town of Montezuma. Airbnb/w conveniences of a hotel/w housekeeping The space Our property on the white sand beach, on the north side of Montezuma, a 5/10 minute walk to the center of town, has 4 full time employees/caretakers to care for your needs, so you always have help if a problem or question arises. We have 3 houses within "shouting distance " from each other but also private enough from one another for plenty of quiet time. People of all ages love it here as they can jump into the ocean right in front of the house, play on the beach, swim in the pool, located in the center of the 3 houses, run to town in 5 minutes for that forgotten loaf of bread for dinner or stop in at one of the beach bars for a cold cerveza. Or.... don't cook, because you can also enjoy fabulous foods from the many restaurants in in the magical little town of Montezuma. You can just relax and read books in the many hammocks or beach chairs on the property, observe the many animals such as monkeys, pasotis, iguanas, turtles (babies too) etc. and many types of birds. You can even do cartwheels on the big green lawn in front of the property. The Villa, with it's many conveniences such as dishwasher, large side by side refrig, 5 burner Italian stove, 4 air conditioned bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and can sleep 8/10 people. The outside covered BBQ, with refrigerator, sink and large bar next to pool, with bar seating area is great for entertaining or a quick meal. There is a large dinning table on the veranda that can seat 10 to 12 people in Costa Rican hardwood and leather rocking chairs. You may never want to leave this table. The walk to town takes about 5 to 8 minutes down the beach or by shady path. Someone taking care of you 23 hours a day/night Guest access The Villa is accessed by a very short dirt road, parallel to the beach going north from the town of Montezuma. It is a private house with private covered BBQ area. The pool is shared with 2 other guest houses. Free WIFI through out property. All three private homes have access to washer and dryer or ask for laundry service. Crib and high chair available. Other things to note 1. Passports may need to be valid for 6 months after entering Costa Rica depending on country of origin. 2. Transportation itinerary for entering and departing Costa Rica may be asked for by immigration representative upon entering country. 3. Passport information per Costa Rican law, needed at registration There are other things important to know, so reading house manual soon after confirming is important !
