Close to the small fisherman jetty and only a minutes drive to the beautiful Sultana Point beach. Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, ceramic cook top/electric oven, dishwasher, pantry cupboard, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, no microwave. Dining area with table/chairs, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, living area with modular lounge, large Smart TV - No Wifi. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough. Front of unit has an undercover patio with picnic table, rear of unit has a fish cleaning facility, clothesline. PLEASE NOTE: Boats are not to be washed at the property – you can wash your boat at the caravan park for a minimal cost. Owners have the upstairs accommodation, the rear yard may be shared at times if they are over. Shed not for guests use. Guest driveway only is as you are facing the Unit on the right hand side - left hand side not for guests use. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, 2 hotels. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.
