Close to the beach, playground, tennis courts and within walking distance to the hotel. Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, toastie machine, glad wrap, alfoil, bin liners, reverse cycle air-conditioner, dining area with table/6 chairs. Living area with 3 x large 2 seater lounges , Smart TV and DVD player, small selection of dvd's and games. 3 bedrooms, main with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, wardrobe, portacot, ensuite with vanity, walk-in shower and w/c, 2nd bedroom with fan/light, 3rd bedroom with wardrobe, fan/light. Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, bath and w/c. Outdoor area with picnic table/chairs, flat top gas BBQ.
