A traditional town-house set in the village square of a small mountain village in Galdar, Gran Canaria. A large house with 3 floors and a rooftop solarium which is perfect for enjoying the mountain views, lazing in the warmth of the Canarian climate and stargazing at night time while relaxing in the Hot Tub. The house is close to the Camino de Santiago, Gran Canaria and filled with original works of art. Close to the local supermarket, pharmacy, clinic, museum and viewing point. The space The ground floor has a cave carved into the rock-face, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room with a window looking out onto the village Plaza. The middle floor is where the large living room is situated with terrestrial TV. The third floor is where you will find access to the rooftop solarium. Smoking is permitted in this outdoor area. Excellent for hikers on the Camino as the last stop before reaching Galdar. Guest access Fully equipped kitchen to cook your own food with complimentary snacks available 24 hours each day. Shop 1 minute walk away for all your needs. Rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi and sunbeds to relax and enjoy your stay. 5 minute walk to viewpoint to enjoy the sunset over Mount Teide. Laundry service available. Spatious TV lounge. During your stay I am normally available to help you in any way you need during your stay. Check-in time is 15:00 and flexible to suit your travel arrangements and guests are asked to vacate rooms on the day of departure by 11am. The villagers are friendly and look forward to chatting with travellers. There is a doctor and pharmacy to help with any emmergencies. Other things to note Caideros is a small village with less than 60 inhabitants. Perfect for disconnecting with the world and relaxing in a quiet space. Please contact me in advance if you have any special requirements because a remote village high in the mountains may not be suited to every traveller.
