WageningenHoog Studio at university and forest

Welcome! to the studio in the basement of our detached house, in a quiet area. Comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The university is 3.5 km away, shops 1.5 km, forest (the Veluwe!) 500 meters, train station 5 km away. The space: -entrance via garage, entrance in hall - living/sleeping area, with bed, armchair, dining table with chairs - Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, fridge/freezer - Bathroom: shower, toilet and sink. Everything is entirely for your own use. Other things to note - The studio is in the basement of our detached home. There are two windows that can open, but they do not give a clear view to the outside; there is indirect light. This is important to know. That is why we do not rent the space to people who want to stay there for a longer period of time - e.g. for a number of months. It is not appropriate for that. - A bicycle is available free of charge on request, against payment of a deposit of €125.
