As with any rural setting, insects are part of the environment, particularly brown marmorated stink bugs in early fall. We encourage you to embrace the natural beauty of the farm and its inhabitants. Please note that internet, electricity, and TV service may occasionally experience brief disruptions due to our rural location. For your safety, exercise caution around the creek, especially during or after heavy rain, as flooding is possible. Important: The property has a maximum occupancy of 13 guests, and this must be reflected in your reservation. Exceeding your reserved guest count will result in additional fees.
