Minutes from world-class golf and fly-fishing, swimming holes, Belleayre and Plattekill ski resorts. The main house features high ceilings, panoramic windows, and two bedrooms with two baths. A separate private studio is just steps from the main house and offers a king bed, kitchenette and full bath. Relax by the fireplace or wood-burning hot tub in your backyard. The space Your stay includes full access to both the main house and a private, detached studio, a beautiful cedar wood-burning hot tub and fire pit, and a "bonus" garage space. The main house features an open-concept living and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace and large picture-frame window with stunning mountain views, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with gourmet coffee station, a full bathroom with soaking tub, and laundry room. Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms—a Queen and a Full—sharing a beautifully appointed full bathroom. A Pack-and-Play with tent is available in the Queen bedroom closet for families traveling with little ones. There is baseboard heating and bathrooms have radiant floor heating. Ceiling fans are installed in each bedroom and in the living room for cooling off. The newly renovated detached studio offers ultimate privacy and comfort, with a king-sized bed, a large full bathroom, a well-stocked kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer, toaster oven, and coffee bar, plus a comfortable sofa and a small table for two overlooking a sweeping mountain view. The black-out shade doubles as a projector screen for the Nebula projector, perfect for movie nights. An electric mini-split provides heating and cooling to the entire studio space. All linens are 100% cotton with luxurious down or down-alternative bedding, ensuring a restful and indulgent stay. Lastly, the 2-car garage has been transformed into a fully equipped gym, featuring a Peloton bike, punching bag, ping pong table and electric car charger. While it’s available for your use, please note that the space is still a work-in-progress and not fully renovated—perfect for a casual workout or some fun, but not a polished living area. Guest access You are free to use the entire space as listed. There is a single locked closet in the studio for personal use. Other things to note We welcome guests of all ages, but please note that our home does have some potential safety considerations and is not handicap accessible. - We STRONGLY RECOMMEND A 4WD VEHICLE in the colder months to assure access to the property. - There is a long set of stairs without a railing from the driveway to the house entrance and a steep driveway (both of which can be icy in colder months). - There is a small but somewhat steep set of stairs inside the main house. -The property also features several fire sources, including an indoor fireplace, an outdoor fire ring, and a wood-burning hot tub, all of which should be used with care. - The surrounding woods are home to wildlife such as bears, coyotes, skunks, ticks, and other critters. Guests are welcome to enjoy the home and grounds, but all stays are at your own risk, and we ask everyone to take care when exploring and using the property.
