The space The Space • RV (Winterized): Sleeps 8 with queen bed, two lofts, and convertible sofas. • Kitchen includes stove, gas range, microwave, pots & cookware (no running water). • Restroom: Clean porta potty on site. • Wall Tent (16×25 Davis): 3 cots + 2 pads (sleeps 5) plus floor space for sleeping bags. Wood stove & propane heater included. • Important: The tent is a true camping experience, not a luxury setup. Guests should be comfortable starting and tending a wood fire or operating the propane heater to stay warm. • Water: Bottled water available locally or from public tap at Fleischmanns Village Park. • Showers: Catskill Recreation Center (8-minute drive, $18/day gym pass). • Extras: Tesla charger, fire pit, mountain views. ⸻ Access Note Wandalia Drive is steep and rustic. Under normal conditions, a standard car is usually fine. If conditions are slippery or icy, snow tires and/or 4-wheel drive are recommended.
