The unit includes central air conditioning and heating (controlled from upstairs, and we can adjust the temperature for you if needed). Since this is the basement level, you may hear some noise from the unit above. We are two elderly adults and myself living upstairs, so the noise is minimal. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. White noise machine is provide if you need Parking is available in the driveway (right next to the basement entrance) or on the street directly in front of the house. Large vehicles and trucks fit comfortably in both areas. The property has a large yard where you can take a walk, let your dog out, or simply enjoy the tall trees outside. However, no grilling, gatherings, or parties are allowed.
