Lovely, peaceful neighborhood close to both Dallas North Tollway & George Bush. 10 min. drive to the Shops at Legacy in Plano, 5 minute drive to Addison, 25 to downtown Dallas. 30-40 minutes to DFW Airport and 20 minutes to Love Field. Do it all! The space Gorgeous hardwoods and tile in this eclectic 2-story 3 bedroom. Access to full house with three furnished bedrooms (queen beds) - all on second floor. Small backyard. Equipped kitchen. I am back and forth to Colorado so I have someone local to help if I am not around. The neighborhood is very dog friendly, equipped with bags and receptacles on Windflower and Sunmeadow. Close to lovely restaurants Coffee House Cafe and Lekka, both within walking distance. There is a Pei Wei, Chipotle and fancier restaurants close at the major intersections (Mi Cocina!). There is a bus stop within walking distance on Preston. You can take the DART Rail downtown but have to drive to the station in Richardson. Otherwise, Uber and Lyft are great options. Dogs are fine if they stay in the tiled area on the first floor and backyard. I have a gate for you. I have two doggy doors that accommodate a small dog (flap) and a large dog (hard swing panel). There is a pooper scooper for the backyard-please clean up after your little ones. : ) Guest access The front door is keyless. You will be given an individualized entry code.
