Your perfect Cheyenne stay! Our BRAND NEW modern 3BR/2BA home is just minutes from the action—close enough to enjoy CFD events, but far enough to avoid traffic and crowds. A short drive to downtown, without being IN downtown. With western-inspired décor, a very large dog-friendly yard, Fast Wi-Fi and space for 6 guests, it’s ideal for families, couples, or business travelers. Relax in a new and safe community with a short walk to the park/playground with basketball & tennis courts. The space The bathrooms are not attached to any bedroom, which is ideal for multiple guests. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, the other bedroom has two twin xl beds. Guest access You have access to the entire house, except the garage. There is still a huge area in the backyard to play corn hole (provided), BBQ and relax. Other things to note There is a community park with a playground, basketball court and tennis court within walking distance. Trailers/RV: If you’re traveling with a trailer or motorhome, you can park it on the street but you need to move it after 48hrs per the HOA rules. We have a 30’ trailer, which is easy to get to/from the house through the neighborhood.
