Welcome to Cactus Bluff! Enjoy stunning bluff-top views, private river-front access, and Hill Country charm. Sleeps 7 with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, full bath with tub/shower, WiFi, and smart TV's. Relax by the fire pit, spot wildlife, enjoy puzzles or games, and let the kids get creative at the rock painting station. Grab a float and enjoy the Paluxy River! Ample parking, just 1 mile from downtown, and minutes from Dinosaur Valley State Park, Fossil Rim , and local dining and shops. The space Cactus Bluff has just the right amount of privacy, while still being conveniently located within a 3-minute drive to Downtown, and 10-15 minutes away from Fossil Rim, Dinosaur World, and Dinosaur Valley. Bedroom 1: KING-sized bed with memory foam gel mattress, nightstands with lamps, and a small fan. Snuggle up in bed and catch up on your latest Netflix shows on the Smart TV. Blackout curtains can be drawn shut for a little extra shuteye. Bedroom 2: Twin over QUEEN Bunk Bed, both with Memory Foam Gel Mattresses. The kids in the family will feel right at home. Closet space available for hanging clothes or tucking away suitcases. Cozy reading corner for catching up on your favorite book or snuggling with dino stuffies. In the closet are 2 pack n plays for the little ones as well as a highchair. We also provide air mattresses. Bathroom: Everything you need to get ready for the day, or to wash it away. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and a hair dryer are provided. Our bathtub is perfect for families with kids or for those wishing to relax. Kitchen/Dining: Fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, a variety of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils so you can whip up a meal for the family or a romantic dinner for two. Enjoy the coffee bar with everything you need to make the perfect cup of coffee. Plastic dishes are available for the younger members of the family. Enjoy sitting down to eat at the table with room for up to 6 or grab a quick bite at the counter that seats 4. Living: Pop some Popcorn and get comfy on the sofa. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the 58” Smart TV. Feel like going low tech? Grab a game, puzzle, or deck of cards from the bookshelf. Younger guests will be pleasantly surprised when they discover a cabinet full of toys under the TV. Laundry: A brand new washer and dryer will make you want to extend your stay when you realize you can never run out of clean clothes. Laundry Detergent and Dryer Sheets are available for use. Back Deck, Firepit, and Grilling area: Enjoy a meal or coffee outside on the back deck or make s’mores around the firepit! Outdoor games and river chairs can be found in the storage bin on the deck. Get creative at our rock painting station located on the right side of the shed (paints are inside by the sliding door). Don't forget to tag us @Cactus_bluff :) Guest access Our guests have full access to our property, which is marked by stakes on each side, and runs from the Street down to the Paluxy River. Stair access is available and just a short walk to the river. River chairs can be found in the outside storage bin on the back deck and floats are on the left side of the shed. Enjoy!
