This Mediterranean escape, tucked into the Spanish countryside, offers a retreat from busy life surrounded by terraced gardens, an orange grove, & a vineyard in the making. Spend the day lounging by the pool, strolling through the gardens, or a short hike with captivating views of the Mediterranean. And dine al-fresco.
