The space Private lodging in the middle of the forest, this cabin has: - Two (2) bedrooms - One (1) bathroom - Open kitchen fully equipped with basic utensils, an Aqualogic water filter, a gas stove and a minibar. - Living-dining room with fireplace - Wooden deck - Kiosk with oven and wood grill Guest access The property's parking lot is private and has a capacity for four cars. Access to the cabin is through a paved road. It is not suitable for people with restricted physical mobility, visual impairment or pregnant women. To access the house there are two wooden steps. The house has only one floor and the deck has a perimeter veranda. To reach the kiosk there are five steps to reach. The property is located on the mountainside and the terrain is steep. The perimeter trails are clearly defined and have varying degrees of slope. Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. NOTE: Photo shoots, videos, or other digital content production for commercial or advertising purposes must be consulted first and will be authorized as long as such content aligns with the essence of the place. Other things to note 1. The property is located within the Neusa reserve, under the jurisdiction of the CAR. Drones: The use of drones is not allowed. Fishing: Compliance with the requirements established in IAM-PR-01-FR-09 is mandatory. Prohibited substances: The entry, consumption or sale of hallucinogenic substances, liquor or illicit drugs is not allowed. Expanded polystyrene (Styrofoam): The entry of expanded polystyrene, or icopor, into CAR parks is prohibited. 2. We have firewood available at all times for use of the grills and/or fireplace at an additional cost. 3. We are Pet Friendly and you can bring your pet for an additional $50.000 per pet per night. 4. We have access to WIFI. 5. TV with streaming. 6. As the cabin is rural, it has a septic tank - it is requested not to throw papers, diapers, sanitary towels, condoms in the toilet. 7. Disposal of garbage: the cabin has two bins in the kitchen area for the disposal of recyclable and general garbage. 8. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin or on the property, since it is built of wood and the reserve is sensitive to wildfires. Registration Details 241977
