Working Farm Annexe Getaway. Escape to the countryside in our welcoming working farm annexe, the perfect blend of rustic charm & modern comfort. With three bedrooms. There’s space for families, couples, or small groups to relax and recharge. The large, modern bathroom is a highlight, featuring both a deep bathtub & a spacious shower. At the heart of the home is a bright open-plan living area, complete with a log burner to keep things cosy on cooler evenings. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome. The space The annexe consist of a bright king size bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a well sized Double bedroom with a smaller single bedroom. Both larger rooms have room for pull out beds or travel cots. The modern bathroom consists of a big deep bath tub and large shower that exits onto a spacious landing. Downstairs is an open plan living area with a large ingle nook fireplace and log burner. There is a dining table that seats 6 and a well equipped kitchenette which comprises of microwave, toaster, kettle, airfryer, slow cooker and blender. This open plan area is perfect for togetherness. There is a large tiled porch which is ideal for storing, prams, bikes, walking boots or even wet dogs!! Guest access The annexe has its own designated parking spot and own fenced outdoor patio area. There is a lighted under cover seated area with cushioned garden furniture. Other things to note We are located just off the A41 19 Miles to Chester 16 Miles to Wrexham 22 Miles to Shrewsbury We are on the outskirts of Malpas although not far away is Whitchurch is a beautiful market town. Only 3 miles away and it hosting some gorgeous pubs, and shops with an abundance of history!
