Quiet cottage

Property is in a quiet residential area. Surrounded by houses but can also feel quite quiet and private. Village is surrounded by countryside and great access for local attractions/shopping. Close /to A55 expressway (5-10 min drive). The space The house is a former barn/bungalow with: bedroom 1: King size bed bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be made into double) Bathroom : Bathroom has shower over bath The property is in the middle of a residential village/surrounded by houses but its fairly quite and private. Guests have access to private patio area with external dinning table and hot tub. Guest access Plot has two houses with owner in one house and guests have full access to the holiday home. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet residential area so not suitable for very loud groups. As such we ask for no loud noise after 9pm weekdays and 10pm weekends. Best suited to groups looking for a quiet/peaceful retreat.
