Nestled in the quiet and private community of Woodlyn Shores, this home is perfect for family vacations, relaxing, and working remotely. Nature lovers, boaters, fishermen, and skiers will love all this beautiful area has to offer. ***Please note that 6 guests and 3 cars are the maximum allowed for this property, per the community association's rules. No exceptions. Our PRIVATE DOCK is available for you to use while you are staying on the property. It is generally available May through October but inquire for possible earlier or later dates. The large U-shaped dock is perfect for your boat. There is also 2 spots for jet skis. Beyond boating and jet skiing, you can fish from the dock or just enjoy the view! Fast and reliable Wi-Fi for streaming, school, or work. If you must work, you might as well enjoy the lake views while doing so :) EV CHARGING PLUG 50amp 3 prong 240/208V located at our private driveway. It provides approximately 23 miles of range per hour of charge. Entertainment and fun abound both inside and out with RETRO ARCADE GAME, PS4, flat screen TVs with Netflix and live TV via YouTube TV, backyard games including horseshoes, corn hole, KAYAKS, paddle board, pedal boat and FIRE PIT. Every room throughout the house features its own split unit for Air Conditioning and Heat. For additional warmth and coziness, our house has 2 gas FIREPLACES that are clean and easy to use. Recently updated kitchen features new fridge, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and granite counters. Kitchen is loaded with all of the essentials including cookware, serveware, utensils, grilling utensils, spices, etc. We have a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The primary bedroom and a full bath are located on main living floor. Enjoy a great sleep in one of the 3 bedrooms: • king bed on main floor • queen bed located on top floor • two twin beds located on top floor OPEN YEAR ROUND Private, Luxury Masterspa 6 person HOT TUB located under a waterproof deck is new and professionally maintained between guests. Enjoy lake views from the HOT TUB all year! During stays longer than 3 days, the Host will tend to the hot tub. Cleaning and chemical treatment of the hot tub are necessary on a regular basis. For the protection of the tub and safety of our guests we require the ability to access the tub for maintenance. The Host will advise guests of the day(s) and time(s) of tub maintenance and assure no disruption of their stay. Instructions are posted at the home outlining guests responsibility for care and use of the hot tub. On a nice night, light up a fire in the backyard and enjoy the view (fire pit and chairs are set up for the guests). Propane BBQ centrally located on the outside deck off of the living/kitchen area. Propane is provided by the host. Fresh bed linens, bath & hand towels, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are included with every stay. Every bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The entire house is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay! Keyless door entry makes coming and going super easy! Keypad number for entry will be provided prior to the check-in time. Full-sized washer and dryer on premise and laundry detergent is provided. For winter rentals we recommend a 4x4 vehicle. The roads and weather are unpredictable in the winter. We have a company that takes care of snow plowing and shoveling of the property. If a snow storm does occur while you are staying at the house we will have the company come out and clean the driveway, steps, and deck of the home, but please be patient, as the company does have a many clients and works on a “route” system. We will be in contact prior to the storm or snow if this happens during your stay. The basement level floor is entirely tile, so bring a pair of cozy house slippers with you if you plan on spending time downstairs. Located in Hawley (Settlers Inn, Hawley Silk Mill, Antique shops) 5 minutes to hiking trails, Wallenpaupack Dam Overlook for amazing sunset views, supermarket, liquor store, Wallenpaupack Brewery, gas station, ice cream shop, multiple great restaurants, and the lake visitor center. 19 minutes to Honesdale (restaurants, Walmart, shopping, shooting ranges) 31 minutes to Big Bear Mountain in Masthope. 50-55 minutes to Shawnee Mountain and Elk Mountain for skiing and tubing Woodlyn Shores is a quiet, family-oriented private community. Family groups only, and you must be 25 to book. Washing of all our linens, comforters, pillow cases, pillow protectors, bath towels, hand towels for every stay. It also includes maintenance of our hot tub, as we have a professional come out after every stay to make sure it is clean and the ph is at the optimal level every time. Lawn care and boat dock maintenance are also provided. Guest access Entire house, backyard and docks (seasonally) are for the guests exclusive use. Parking area for up to three cars with EV charging outlet (no cable provided) is located at the top of the driveway right off of the road.  Please be sure not to block the main road, as to allow access to other vehicles and emergency services.
