Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Marmoutier, the property offers a peaceful setting while providing an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Sleeping arrangements L’Acrobate can accommodate up to 4 guests. The property features a 140 × 200 cm double bed with a VITALIT range mattress, as well as a 160 × 200 cm double sofa bed. Bathroom The bathroom features a pleasant walk-in shower, offering a practical and comfortable space for everyday use. Comfort For your comfort throughout the year, the property features air conditioning as well as sound and thermal insulation in the walls and ceilings. The wooden interior, peaceful surroundings and thoughtful amenities come together to create a welcoming place where you can unwind after a day of exploring or simply enjoy spending time at the property. The location makes it easy to explore the wider area: Saverne and the surrounding region, scenic walks and landscapes, picturesque Alsatian villages and Strasbourg all offer plenty of opportunities for days out and discoveries. Whether you are visiting for a weekend in Alsace, a few days away or a business trip, L’Acrobate offers an original, warm and peaceful base for your stay. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided and included in your stay. The beds are made before your arrival to ensure you are welcomed in the best possible conditions. A travel cot suitable for children up to 3 years old can also be provided free of charge upon request. To allow us enough time to prepare it, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, which is reserved exclusively for them throughout their stay. They are free to enjoy all rooms, as well as all the amenities and facilities provided. Other things to note • Early check-in from 1:30 PM (instead of 4:00 PM) may be available, subject to availability and operational constraints, for an additional fee of €19. • Late check-out until 12:30 PM (instead of 10:00 AM) may be available, subject to availability and operational constraints, for an additional fee of €19. • A baby cot can be provided upon request, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours before your arrival.
