Vruksha Vatikaa Farmstay Welcome to Vruksha Vatikaa Farmstay, a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush farmland in Yerikoppa. Designed with a blend of traditional aesthetics and modern comfort, this farmstay is perfect for couples, families, and small groups looking to experience nature up close. While you’re here, enjoy organic farming, yoga, and even a rejuvenating mud bath, all subject to the owner's availability. The space Getting to Vruksha Vatika Farmstay Once you arrive in Yerikoppa, we’ll take care of the rest! The property is located about 2 km from the main road, and the last 1.5 km stretch is an off-road (kacha road) drive. For a hassle-free arrival, we’ll arrange to pick you up from Yerikoppa and guide you to the farmstay. Just give us a call when you’re nearby, and we’ll be there to assist you. If you’re driving your own vehicle, please note that the off-road section requires careful driving, especially in rainy conditions. Stay & Comfort Our cozy one-bedroom home features an attic bed, making it a comfortable space for up to four guests. The bedroom comes with a king-size bed and an additional attic bed. For extra guests, a floor mattress and a single sofa bed in the living room are available at an additional cost. The attached bathroom includes a geyser for hot water, and we provide basic toiletries such as soap and tissue rolls. For your comfort, the home has one ceiling fan and one portable fan, along with a heater for chilly nights. While we do not have air conditioning, the natural surroundings and special materials used in house constructions keep the space pleasant. Farmstay Experience & Outdoor Space Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of our 4-acre farmland, filled with fruit trees and greenery. A garden seating area can be arranged upon request, offering the perfect spot to relax. Guests are welcome to explore the farm, interact with farm animals, and experience traditional organic farming methods. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, including the living room, garden area, and kitchen. Although, nonveg food preparation in the kitchen is not allowed. The farmstay is a private space, but as it is on a functioning farm, farm laborers may be present to assist guests when needed. Other things to note House Rules • Check-in: 1 PM | Check-out: 10 AM • Valid ID proof is required at check-in • No smoking and no alcohol allowed on the premises • Unmarried couples are not allowed • Nonveg food preparation is not allowed • Parties and events are strictly not allowed • Guests must keep the property clean and not damage or litter any part of the property. Points to note • Avoid roaming around the farm after dark. • Rope ladder in the bedroom to the attic bed can hold up to 50 kg of weight. Be careful while using the rope ladder • The last 1.5 km leading to the property is a kacha road, so drive carefully • Parking: Vast onsite parking area • Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed on furniture – Guests must bring pet essentials • Caretaker Assistance: Farm laborers can assist guests • Bonfire: Available for ₹300 per session • Mud bath available Food & Kitchen Access Delicious Satvik home-cooked veg meals at an additional cost: • Breakfast: ₹100 per person • Lunch: ₹200 per person • Dinner: ₹200 per person The kitchen is available for guests who prefer to cook, but only vegetarian food is allowed. It is equipped with an LPG stove, water purifier, refrigerator, and basic cookware.
