Enjoy a breathtaking view of the sunrise over the lake from the spacious deck or from the generously sized living room and bedroom windows. The lake is home to swans and bald eagles, as well as large and smallmouth bass. Relax in style in our spacious, beautifully furnished home featuring an arcade style game room, an exercise room including a home gym and two stationary bicycles positioned to overlook the lake, and a roomy kitchen stocked with all the cooking and baking equipment you need. The space Indoor space: -The bedroom on the main floor overlooks the lake. This room has a queen sized bed, a bureau, and a mirrored closet as well as a 55” TV and an oversize comfy chair. -The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, and a double/twin bunk bed with a trundle. The room includes a chest of drawers and 2 closets as well as a small shelf with books, toys, etc. -The game room includes an arcade style pinball machine, a bar top Ms Pacman game with 10 additional games, a basketball game, soft tip dart board, futon, oversized bean bag chairs, foosball table, 65” TV with a Bluetooth soundbar, and an assortment of board games and card games. -A spacious kitchen is stocked with cooking and baking supplies, including a built-in Kitchen Aid stand mixer, air fryer, variety of pots and pans, baking pans, cooking utensils, Keurig machine, electric kettle, blender, cooking oils, spices, etc. -The dining room includes a large table that sits 6-8 people, with additional seating possibilities at a bar between the kitchen and dining area. -Sit and relax in the spacious living room on the powered leather sofa or loveseat while overlooking the lake through the large windows. There is a comfy chair or bar top table where you can sit and have your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the lake. Additionally there is a lift-top coffee table and a 65” TV for movie night. -There are two full bathrooms, one on the main floor and one upstairs. The main floor bathroom has a whirlpool tub and steam sauna. -The exercise room is located in the basement, and includes an all-in-one home gym, two stationary bicycles overlooking the lake, punching bag, and floor mat. -The washer and dryer with laundry detergents are located in the basement. Outdoor space: -The multi-level back deck overlooks the lake and is furnished with a table, chairs, and a propane grill. Gentle stairs lead down the hill to lake access where you will find green space, fire pit and a floating dock. -Kayaks and life jackets are available in the shed close to the dock. -Take a walk in the backyard to enjoy a variety of gardens. - There is a private community picnic area and water access a short walk down the road -The front yard and driveway is enclosed by a fence. Parking: There is a carport available for one car, and room for 2-3 additional cars in the driveway. The house is on the same level as the parking. Other things to note: There is a working quarry located across the lake that operates during business hours on weekdays. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and carport.
