It is just 4 blocks from the world renowned University of California at Berkeley, within walking distance of the 'Gourmet Ghetto' where restaurants such as Chez Panisse, Cezar, The Cheese Board, Gregoire, and many others, are located. The flat is well appointed, with a full, recently renovated kitchen, high ceilings, gracious rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. We have had many guests from around the world - researchers, vacationers, artists, actors, and business people. If you decide to stay awhile and need to travel around the Bay Area, a BART train station is also within a few blocks walking distance. This will get you across the bay to San Francisco and most other points within the Bay Area. There is one off street parking spot for a car if you choose to bring one.
