Our place has only 6 rooms, is located in the Heart of the Dowtown just 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas. Our Small Simgle Room is for one traveler who want all the necessary. Private Bathroom, Heating, Cable Tv, Wifi. Continental breakfast included. Outside the rooms we have a kitchen available for our guests. (In front of us a Supermarket and very close San Pedro Market). Living room with TV, Books, Hot drinks. Smoking area. The space The comfort, decoration and human warmth of our staff make our clients feel as if they were at home. Hotel style rooms and cheerful common spaces, to share moments with other guests. Guest access Rooms with private bathroom, hot water 24/7, cable TV, free Wi fi in all our property . Outside the rooms a fully equipped kitchen. Living room with TV 42 ''. Ideal for relaxing , reading a book or for breakfast. We have an area for smokers. All our guests are provided with the keys of the general door so that they have total independence as their home. Other things to note At the moment we are not providing breakfast, however we are happy that our guests can use the kitchen and our hot drinks station with infusions, coffee 24 hours, cereal and milk powder.
