The space The 27 m2 accommodation includes: a living room/kitchen, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a bedroom with storage space and workspace. The accommodation was furnished in 2025. You also have a small terrace. The location is quiet, surrounded by greenery: plenty of options for bike rides or hikes along the Paris–Roubaix cycle path, by the Marque River, or in the Péronne-en-Mélantois marsh. Guest access The accommodation is completely independent but is close to my home. Just 50 meters from the church, known for its stained-glass windows listed as “historical monuments,” and the L'Allumette tavern, the property is located on the Paris–Roubaix route, near the Pierre Mauroy Stadium, the Lille University campus, and the Haute Borne shopping center, among other attractions.
