With sauna, SKY-TV and proximity to the dog beach (15 min. by bike), this vacation home is perfect for all ages. On 220 square meters, 12 people will find their holiday dream come true. But even the up to 5 furry friends do not come up short on the 1100 sqm property and can romp to their heart's content. The spacious garden area is completely fenced and offers space, relaxation and vacation for everyone. The Lille Hus has its focal point in the spacious living/dining area with a modern, open-plan country-style kitchen. The area has ample space for culinary evenings and cozy gatherings. There are also two of the six bedrooms in the basement and a shower room. Upstairs there are four more bedrooms and a small social room for great game nights. In addition, the master full bathroom including corner bathtub and sauna is located upstairs. The fully fenced garden has a lot of lawn space, beach chair by the house, charcoal grill, terrace and covered lounge corner. The absolute highlight is the outdoor bathtub with whirlpool function, which can be booked as an option. There is a large shed for storing bicycles. In about 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike, you can also reach the extensive Sehlendorfer beach. There is also a great dog beach for the four-legged vacation guests to romp (from *contact info removed* the entire beach is freely accessible for dogs).
