Home is 398SF & has all the amenities of a full house, plus high ceilings, and a loft that can sleep 1-2 extra people or can be used as a play area. It’s nestled in a beautiful garden. My family lives on this same property but stay out of your way. Ready for something different and exciting? A getaway, anniversary or staycation? It is a Tiny House, hello. And it is very spacious and luxurious. It is located in our backyard garden, behind the pool. An oasis we have created for well meaning guests. It's a unique place to be in, and just about 15 minutes away from downtown, Lucas oil stadium and everything. You will leave this space feeling very inspired. Create joyous memories here. We enjoyed very much, creating this space for you. Pool is currently open. You can call it camping, with modern amenities. My family and I live here as well, and sometimes would use the pool too. But you have the preference, though time sharing is encouraged. When you are in the pool, no one else will be in it. So it’s not fully a private pool, but it’s not a public pool either as people from the general public can’t use it. We will respect your privacy whenever you are outside in the yard, but when you are in the Tiny House, you have full privacy. Because it’s a Tiny House, the water heater is also small and does not store a lot of hot water, so short hot showers are preferred. Guests have access to the entire Tiny House. We will stay out of your way, yet will be available to assist, via the Airbnb app if you have a question, or need something. The University Heights neighborhood is one of Indy's best-kept secrets. The quiet neighborhood is often replete with students during the school year. It is becoming a cultural center and boasts lots of events due to the University of Indianapolis being its anchor. There is a health walk path created by the University so you can take walks or bike across campus. We can also offer you rides at a cost if we are available. Uber is easy to hail here, and there is an IndyGo bus station just walks away. You can get to the entire city quite easily. We currently do not allow pets.
