The tiny house is ideal for 2-4 people and offers approximately 30m² of living space. It is lovingly furnished and provides everything you need for your stay: - Comfortable queen-size bed for restful sleep - Additional, open sleeping area with a high-quality floor mattress including a topper. The sleeping area is located on an open loft (sleeping gallery) in the upper part of the tiny house and is accessible via a sturdy ladder. The ceiling height decreases slightly towards the back wall (sloping roof), creating a cozy, sheltered atmosphere – ideal for rest and relaxation. ... - Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator & coffee maker - Modern bathroom with shower, sink, and separate toilet - Private terrace with sunshade and garden 🌿 Pure nature – right on your doorstep Enjoy the peaceful location surrounded by greenery. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures indoors, even on hot summer days. 🚶‍♂️ Excellent transport links & infrastructure Our property is car-free, and our own parking space and a loading zone for convenient loading and unloading are located nearby. The public bus stop for Salzburg is just a few minutes' walk away. Local amenities (supermarket/bakery) are approximately 2.5 km away – ideal for self-catering. A wide variety of restaurants are available nearby, easily accessible by bike or on foot. Whether you're looking for a break from everyday life, want to actively explore the surroundings, or simply relax – here you'll find the perfect balance of comfort, nature, and tranquility. Guest access 🧭 Location, access & operation SeeLaVie – Tiny Houses am Mattsee is located in the idyllic market town of Mattsee, about 1.5 miles from the town center on the northern shore of the lake. The area is car-free, which makes it particularly relaxing and safe. Private parking spaces are available to our guests right at the entrance – from there, you can easily walk to your tiny house. Other things to note Note on the sleeping gallery / plateau: The second sleeping area of the tiny house is located on an open plateau that is accessible via a ladder. The room height in this area decreases towards the back (roof pitch). The use of the sleeping gallery is your own responsibility. For children under 6, persons with reduced mobility, balance problems or nighttime restlessness, use is not recommended. The ladders and the upper area may only be used with appropriate care and exclusively by persons qualified to do so. There is no barrier or door – the area is open to the living room. Please pay attention to sufficient lighting at night and avoid falls. The landlord assumes no liability for accidents or injuries caused by improper use or disregard of this notice. Please note that the legally required accommodation tax of €3.50 per person per night is payable separately on site. Use of the private swimming area, access to the lake and the SUP boards is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
