Here you will find peace, comfort and close to nature living in a small but fine space. Our tiny houses are located in a quiet area, just a few steps from the lake. Enjoy the sunrise on the water, walk along the shore, or end the day on your private terrace. The space 🏡 Your lakeside retreat The perfect place for relaxation by the water, sports activities, and nature experiences. Experience thoughtful comfort in a small space, while at the same time enjoying a sense of space and freedom. Perfect for couples, those seeking tranquility, and nature lovers. The TinyHouse is ideal for 2-4 persons and offers about 30 m² of living space. It is lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for your stay: - Comfortable queen bed for a good night's sleep - Additional open bedroom with high-quality floor mattress incl. Topper. The sleeping area is located on an open plateau (sleeping gallery) in the upper part of the tiny house and is accessible via a stable ladder. The room height decreases slightly towards the back wall (sloping roof), which creates a cozy, protected atmosphere – ideal for resting and retreating. Note: The gallery is not separated by a door, but open to the living room. - Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge & coffee maker - modern bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet - Private terrace with awning and garden Pure 🌿 nature – right outside the door Enjoy the quiet location in the middle of the countryside. Whether a refreshing dip in the morning or a sunset by the water – the exclusive lake access is at your disposal as our guest. Cycle and walking paths lead directly from the house into the surrounding nature and invite you to explore the beautiful Salzburger Seenland. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant indoor temperatures, even during hot summer days. 🚶‍♂️ Well connected & infrastructure Our property is car-free; our own parking space and a charging area for convenient loading and unloading are in the immediate vicinity. The public bus service to Salzburg is located within a few minutes' walk. Local supplier (supermarket/bakery) about 2.5 km away - ideal for self-catering. Gastronomic variety available in the area or also accessible by bike or on foot. Whether you are looking for a break from everyday life, actively exploring the area or just want to relax – here you will find the perfect balance of comfort, nature and tranquility. Guest access 🧭 Location, access & operation SeeLaVie – Tiny Houses am Mattsee is located in the idyllic market town of Mattsee, about 1.5 miles from the town center on the northern shore of the lake. The area is car-free, which makes it particularly relaxing and safe. Private parking spaces are available to our guests right at the entrance – from there, you can easily walk to your tiny house. Other things to note Note on the sleeping gallery / mezzanine: The sleeping area of the tiny house is located on an open mezzanine that is accessible via a ladder. The room height in this area decreases towards the rear (sloping roof). The use of the sleeping loft is your own responsibility. Use is not recommended for children under 6 years of age, people with reduced mobility, balance problems or nocturnal restlessness. The ladder and the upper area upstairs may only be used with appropriate care and exclusively by persons qualified to do so. There is no barrier or door – the area is open to the living room. Please ensure there is adequate lighting at night and avoid falls. The landlord assumes no liability for accidents or injuries resulting from improper use or disregard of this notice. Please note that the legally required overnight stay tax of €3.50 per person per night is payable separately on site. Use of the private swimming area, the lake access and the SUP boards is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
