Experience a unique stay in a completely renovated traditional Valencian house. Located in a gorgeous setting amidst orange groves, yet just 10 minutes by car from small towns with all the necessary services, 20 minutes from the beach, and only 35 minutes from the city of Valencia. The house has 6 double bedrooms -each with an en-suite bathroom-, a spacious kitchen, and an outdoor bbq, dining and lounge area. The pool, adjacent to the house, provides a refreshing escape on the hottest days. The space Remodeled from the ground up, but keeping the original essence. Classical architecture style meets modern amenities comfort. Floor heating for the balmy winters and central AC for the hotter summer months ensure a comfortable stay. The levant breeze coming from the coast in the summer months make the use of AC rare. The lower floor has been designed to comfortably host large gatherings of family or friends, with indoor and outdoor dining options and cooking. You can explore the active organic orange grove; if you come between December and April, you will be able to pick your own oranges to make fresh juice. For the rest of the year we have planted local as well as tropical trees, as well as an herb and a vegetable garden. Guest access You can access the whole house and property except for few locked rooms and a well house that have machinery and farm equipment.
