Located at the end of a private driveway with a gate, this charming modern building offers you a secure parking space on one side and a soothing east-facing terrace on the other. The space Completely renovated and carefully decorated, this space includes: - An entrance with storage that leads to the bedroom, the bathroom and the living room/kitchen - A spacious room with double bed (160x200), opening onto a private terrace with garden furniture and soothing views of the garden. It also has a dressing room, desk and sofa. - A modern bathroom: shower, double sink, toilet, washing machine, towel rail, hairdryer, first aid kit and basic hygiene products. - A bright living room with kitchenette for simple meals: microwave, small oven, small dishwasher (6 place settings), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small refrigerator... with a sofa bed (120 x 190) to accommodate an extra guest or two children. - A second terrace adjoining the living room, ideal for your outdoor breakfasts. Free secure parking in the courtyard of the property (electric gate, video surveillance). Basic groceries are available to make your stay more comfortable.
