Only 5 minutes walk to Whitfords Beach, one of Perth's most exquisite beaches, walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants, and 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. Experience tranquil surrounds, with no thoroughfare traffic. A few minutes further, you will find the very popular Mullaloo Beach with a huge park, with picnic and BBQ facilities and playground. On site parking provided. The space The newly renovated space has a modern, coastal vibe and consists out of 2 bedrooms, a lounge/kitchenette area and a bathroom. All the rooms are air-conditioned and the bedrooms have ceiling fans too. The kitchenette is equiped with a bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and all crockery and cutlery needed for a comfortable stay. Coffee, tea, milk and sugar are provided too. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with quality linen and both have 2 bedside tables as well as dressers. I will meet guests on arrival and will be available at your request, otherwise I will leave you to enjoy your space. Kallaroo is a great suburb adjacent the beautiful Perth coastline and has many amazing cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops on its doorstep. The very popular Hillarys Boat Harbour is a stone throw away. The accommodation is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which gives you quick access to the Whitfords train station. Public transport in and around Perth is fantastic. Guest access Guests have a private entrance leading into the lounge area through a sliding door. Parking is available on the property and close to the entrance. Other things to note I will be at the property to welcome you and will be available for questions and suggestions throughout your stay. Please feel free to contact me for anything you might need. Bedding will generally not get washed during stays of one week or less, but can be arranged at an extra fee if required.
