The space This sweet and cozy space, shared with a long-time Juneau family, is a perfect place to relax or use as a base for an adventure or business trip. The house is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, trails, museums, the Capital, and downtown Juneau. The rental bedroom is on a separate floor from the main living spaces and bathroom. An infrared sauna is adjacent to the bedroom. The garden is large, with mature fruit trees, a patio and fire pit, and a chicken coop off to the side. Welcome! Guest access Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and yard are all shared spaces. Other things to note The space is a small full-time home for a family of two. It is clean and tidy but lived in. Also, the bathroom style is hilariously outdated but it’s completely functional. The rental bedroom has a new super comfortable hybrid mattress. The room has hooks for clothes hanging but no closet access. Bedroom is on a different floor than the bathroom, and the stairs are old-house normal (somewhat narrow and steep).
