The space Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Two Queen Beds Upstairs Living Room: Pullout Couch Amenities include free wifi, 4 flat-screen Smart TVs with cable, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, coffee bar, 2 indoor gas fireplaces, soaking tub, pool table, wet bar, laundry room, two outdoor decks, outdoor grill and seating area, outdoor fire pit, parking for up to 8 vehicles, and much more! *HVAC is provided in the upstairs bedrooms through window units and in the upstairs living room through a mini split system from June-August. There is no HVAC on the downstairs level. Please be aware that linens are not included. You will need to bring your own bed sheets and towels. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house.
