Located in the beautiful "Sole Ruju" Complex, this fabulous Loft will be your retreat for your holidays in complete Peace & Relaxation. Functionally furnished for up to 3 guests, it will allow you to have everything you need. It has a wonderful shared swimming pool and large gardens for walking while surrounded by greenery. In about 5 minutes by car, you can easily reach both the city of Olbia with its market, etc., or the town of Porto Rotondo with its wonderful beaches. The space The Loft is independent and functionally furnished for a short or long vacation! The environment is arranged as follows: Upon entering, you will find the Kitchen with Gas Stove, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, complete set of utensils and a spacious Dining Table for 4 people. There is a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe and a television. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. The loft is air-conditioned, has a washing machine for free use, and comes with a linen set for both beds. The apartment is completed by a small outdoor space, equipped with a mini barbecue and a dining table for 4 with an enchanting view of the mountains. Nearby you will find some of the most beautiful beaches in the area, such as: Pittulongu Beach: Located just a 10-minute drive from Olbia, it is one of the most famous beaches. With its turquoise waters and fine sand, it is ideal for families and for water sports. Bados Beach: A short distance from Pittulongu, this beach is characterized by clear waters and a beautiful view of Tavolara. It's perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
