Stunning Mountain Views

The crisp mountain air of the Green Mountains is beckoning! Come experience our newly built passive home, featuring energy efficiency at its finest, while you soak in stunning mountain views from nearly every room. We are located off of scenic route 100 near the quaint town of Rochester, an ideal location for outdoor recreation including downhill skiing (Sugarbush and Killington ~30min drive), cross country skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing, swimming, tubing and leaf peeping in the fall. The space Our home on 3 acres is an ideal place to return to after a day of adventure. You will be able to enjoy all the features our cozy home has to offer including: a well-equipped kitchen, stylish furnishings, wood burning stove, 2 main level bedrooms each with king beds, 2 full bathrooms, 2nd floor bedroom/loft with 4 twin XL beds & space for lounging, reading or playing games, a firepit and outdoor seating. Guest access The front door has a keyless entry touchpad. You will be given a user code and entry instructions prior to check in. **You will have access to the entire home, except a few spaces reserved for the owners and housekeeping, which will be labeled. These spaces include: the cabinet above the fridge, the mechanical room and one of the closets in the loft which will be locked. Other things to note Please help us keep our home clean and leave your shoes at the front door. We have a smart TV and you will be able to log into your own streaming accounts, but please LOG OUT of your own streaming accounts prior to check out. Firewood for the Solo stove fire pit can be purchased in town at the local hardware store. Please keep skis outside and boots in designated boot trays. We hope you enjoy our new home as much as we do! Please be respectful and take good care of it by cleaning up after yourselves, not wearing shoes in the house and not having food or drinks in the bedrooms or up in the loft space.
