Immerse yourself into the Feel of seclusion, yet just minutes from the local attractions. Every room is spacious and functional. The kitchen is large and fully equipped to cook meals for everyone! 2.5 bathrooms. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has a Huge walk-in double head shower system, A private balcony entrance, smart TV, and astounding View of the lake and slopes! On the second level you will find 3 more spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin size beds that are able to be pushed together to form a king . This room has extra space and a very large closet. The second bedroom is located next to 2nd full bathroom. It has a queen size bed and large closet. The third bedroom has a full size bed with a twin size trundle underneath. Dresser and closet space with a smart TV The full bathroom on the second level has a shower tub combo, infant bathtub is available. The lower level consists of the fifth very large bedrooms. With a king bed and two twin beds. There's also a smart TV in this bedroom. This lower level has a walk out patio door to the lower level patio, with seating and Fire pit. The lower level also contains a large game room with ping pong table and lots of other games for all ages. Also, we have a theater room with projector onto a full size wall, and popcorn maker! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to cook other than the food. I supply coffee, creamer, tea, sugar, honey, splenda. Salt. Pepper. Spice mixes. Trash bags. Dish soap. And pods for the dishwasher. We have a high chair and a booster seat. Located in the front coat closet. Appliances include ( Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Electric cooking range/oven, Mini fridge, Wall mounted pot filler faucet et... ) The large laundry room is located on the lower level. There is a brand new large washer and dryer for you to use. I supply a few laundry detergent pods. A lit trail starts in front of the shed and leads you down to the lake to the dock. The top of this trail is a bit steep. It's harder on the way back up, for sure. If you go down, make sure you're capable of getting back up. Never let children climb up The bank, Please always use the stone path. Feel free to Jump in if it's warm. Tubes Will be either left down there or in the garage with an air pump. Cover the pedal boat After use, and store it upside down please. Try not to drag it across the ground. The rudder gets bent. Guest access You will have access to the entire three story house and lake with a dock. Please no parking in the garage Other things to note Ski Liberty Resort and Golf is a two minute drive from the house. A very nice park and outdoor recreation area is within walking distance. Downtown Gettysburg just 10 miles away! Feel free to feed the ducks and geese, there's usually an abundance of them. It helps if you back in the driveway. No parking in garage
