This home has been completely renovated in modern style and cocooning. You will enjoy a pleasant private terrace, ideal for alfresco dining. For even more well-being, an indoor swimming pool is at your disposal, accessible (the schedules are different according to the seasons) The space You will access this property through a separate and self-contained entrance with a connected buzzer. You will arrive directly in a reception room where you will find tourist documentation. The property is composed of: - a fully equipped kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, induction hobs, hood, 95L fridge) - a bathroom with Italian shower and hanging toilet - a living room with a snacking height table and 4 snack chairs, a sofa bed, a TV, an extra pellet stove - one bedroom with a 160*190 bed, dressing room and TV An indoor pool to share with the owners, is at your disposal, secured by a keypad and a curtain. Weekday hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. from November 1 to April 30, then it is available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from May 1 to October 31; weekend hours can be modified on request. The swimming pool is heated year-round to about 29°C. On Sunday mornings, it's the maintenance of the pool. Guests can park their vehicle (free of charge) in front of the unit. Guest access To get to our accommodation, we advise you to go to the beauty institute "L'instant bien être". Take the small street in front of the institute. Our house is the last on the street to the right, towards the village of Brû. You can easily park in front. There is little traffic on this street. Other things to note Our accommodation is close to a bakery, about 500 m on foot, open from Tuesday to Sunday noon in the village. Another bakery, located in Brû, is also available (closed on Mondays and Thursdays) Jeanménil is less than 10 minutes from the small town of Rambervillers where you will find 4 supermarkets, as well as a city center with shops to meet your needs. You will also have the opportunity to reserve a table in several restaurants. We are also 5 minutes' drive from the Fraispertuis City amusement park 🐂🌵🎡🎠 Jeanmenil is located halfway between the city of Epinal (25 min) and Saint Dié des Vosges (25 min) where the offer of shops and restaurants will be denser.
