Unique Cosy Flat with Big Terrace in best Palermo

Cozy, sunny and family-friendly 2-bedroom apartment with a great private and secured terrace. Ideal for 2 or 3 adults, or for families with children. Not suitable for 4 adults. Scalabrini Ortiz, corner of Cerviño: an amazing location in the best part of trendy Palermo - the largest green area in the city and a safe neighborhood - with lots of restaurants, bars and stores at your doorstep! The space This sunny, bright and comfortable 65 square meters apartment (plus its 22 square meters of private terrace) is located on the 8th floor with a handy elevator of a late 1957 building in Palermo, Buenos Aires. It is ideal for 2 or 3 adults, or for families with children. Not convenient for 4 adults. The living-room has a round table with 5 chairs, 1 comfortable couche and 2 armchairs. There is also an Ipod soundbase for your music. It features two comfortable bedrooms: the master bedroom with its extra queen size bed (160cm x 190cm), and a TV with cable. The second bedroom with features a double bed (130cm x 190cm). Kid-friendly, with a fully secured 22 square meters private terrace, where you can eat, relax and enjoy the sun all day long. There are large glass-doors both in the living room and in the master bedroom leading outside. Guests will enjoy its natural light and refreshing air all day long. Air Conditioning in the living-room and both bedrooms at your disposal for hot months. The flat has a comfortable kitchen fully equipped : Electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, micro-wave, an oven and its hob. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and a bidet. Bed sheets and towels provided. If you rent our space, we will kindly ask you to water the plants regularly. If you don't wish to do so, our cleaning lady will come in and do it for you (free of charge): once a week during cold months, three times a week during hot months. We have sensitive neighbors in the building. Therefore, the check-in is between 3 pm and 9 pm (if possible) on the day of your arrival, and the check-out is before 11 am on the day you leave the flat. We will not be able to do it differently, unless otherwise agreed before you make the reservation with us. When possible, you can ask for an early check-in or a late check-out for an extra 30€ each. We kindly ask you to please avoid wasting electricity, using it consciously and making sure you turn off lights, air aconditioning and electrical appliances when not needed or when you go out. Non-smokers only, pets and no parties allowed in the flat or on the terrace! TV and cable + Wi-Fi + Air Conditioner (in the living-room and in both bedrooms) at your disposal. Please note there is no washing-machine, and no dish-washer. There is a special area in the kitchen with a large sink to wash your clothes. Also, there are at least 3 Laundry places - cheap, good and quick - close by within a two-block distance, and a Dry Cleaners right across the street (that does pick-ups and deliveries!). For those wishing to exercise, the apartment is located in the heart of Palermo, and 3 blocks away from Palermo woods, the largest green area in the city. There is also a Gym a block and a half away.
