The house is newly remodeled with a modern/Texas touch. It features plenty of natural light from the large windows. It is 1 mile/ 20 min walk to the New Dickies Arena, 0.4 miles to UNTHSC & Museums. Also walking distance to restaurants, nightlife & shopping. Close to downtown Fort Worth, TCU, The Stockyards, Botanical Gardens. NOTE: parties not allowed and 2 vehicle maximum. The door is keyless with a code pad. The house has a queen size bed in each of the bedrooms. Other things to note In consideration for our neighbors and airbnb policy there is a strict No Party Policy. We also ask that their be a maximum of 2 vehicles.
