EXTENSION REQUEST: Booking extension requests made during stay must be submitted at least 3 days prior to check-out and are subject to case-by-case approval and an additional cleaning fee PLEASE NOTE: YARD: Our neighbors have dogs in their backyard, and they may bark when you access our backyard. GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT: To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.
