The south balcony with access from the living room invites you to dine with its comfortable furniture and sunbathing and can be shaded with an existing awning if necessary. Also from the living room you can reach the attic with gallery via a staircase, where a game/work table with 4 chairs, a small library and another smart TV area with a pull-out double sofa bed. Sleeping options include 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 children's room with double bunk bed and the pull-out double sofa bed in the attic. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower and a heated towel rail and offers – as well as the bedroom – access to the north balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun and, at the appropriate time of year, the view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is ideal for 4-5 people. A parking space is right in front of the house on the property. This area of the property also has enough space for grilling and play.
