Silencio vacation home

Our apartment "Silencio" is located in the municipality of Amtsberg, on the northern edge of the Erzgebirge. The modern furnishings and unique location, surrounded by nature, invite you to relax. The apartment is located on a large property. Our home offers the ideal starting point for a variety of activities, such as hiking, cycling, city trips, swimming and skiing. In addition to Chemnitz, the two largest cities in Saxony, Leipzig and Dresden, are easily accessible. The space Our 80 sqm apartment is on the ground floor of our two-family house and can be reached via a few steps. All rooms are heated with underfloor heating. The water is supplied exclusively via treated well water, which we pump from a depth of 19 m. Responsible use of this valuable resource is part of our self-image, without having to sacrifice modern amenities.
