The space The room is located in a bright, spacious apartment on the upper floor of a historic Gründerzeit villa. The apartment has been lovingly renovated and combines the charm of classic architecture with modern living comfort. The approx. 20 m² guest room has a king size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a desk – ideal for single travelers, couples or guests who are also planning longer stays. The kitchen and bathrooms would be shared. The bathroom was completely renovated in January 2026. Guest access Access to the accommodation is located on the side of the house on the right. Guests receive their own access code and can enter the accommodation flexibly at any time. Other things to note We can't think of any other relevant information right now ;-)
