Over 70 m², come and discover our soothing and relaxing duplex with its 5 m high ceilings and exposed beams. You will find a bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed with LED and mirrors, a jacuzzi, a games area (arcade, darts, board games, foosball, chessboard, switch...), a shower room, a kitchenette and a love room area on the mezzanine. The space Enjoy our duplex love room over 70 m². Our establishment aims to be refined, with delicacy without falling into cliché. Whether it's your first or your hundredth experience, you'll find everything you need here for a perfect evening. Our place is air-conditioned Living room: The centre piece of our fully open duplex. Settle in on the sofa and enjoy many board games (classic or for couples), a Nintendo Switch, a foosball table, a TV (channels, YouTube, Netflix, etc.), an arcade machine and even a dart game. The bedroom: Equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed with a high-comfort EMMA mattress, come and have fun and/or rest. Large mirrors face the bed, allowing you to be the star of your own movie (curtains are installed to conceal the mirrors). Bed linen are provided. The hot tub corner: With a quality 3-seater spa and water set at 37°, the Jacuzzi will offer you a pleasant relaxing moment. The love room section: The mezzanine is a space dedicated to the love room. There you will find a St. Andrew's cross with its hooks, a tantra chair that will allow you to (re)discover yourself in depth, but also various accessories (whips, restraints, masks, gags, etc.). The installed red LEDs will immerse you in an intimate atmosphere. The kitchen: Our kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave and Tassimo coffee maker. A syrup bar is available free of charge, as well as two coffee pods. A high table with a stool will allow you to enjoy your meal. The dishes are in the accommodation (silverware, cups, glasses, plates, etc.) The bathroom: Our shower will allow you to wash away your sins in a lovely atmosphere. Hairdryer available. Bathroom linens are provided Guest access Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous and discreet. Your check-in will be done with a code that will be sent to you by message. The hours are from 6 pm to 11 am. The accommodation is located 15 minutes from the A1 highway near Fresnes-les-Montauban, convenient for heading towards Lille or Paris. The accommodation is also located less than thirty minutes from Arras, Lens, Douai and Henin-Beaumont, and 40 minutes from Lille. Parking is very easy and free on the street right across from the property;
