It retains its period stone staircase that contributes to the charm of this old building. Note: Its authenticity also makes it an irregular staircase that requires a little attention to children when using it. On the ground floor: - A fully equipped modern kitchen that will allow you to prepare tasty dishes when you return from the market (glass-ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker for Nespresso pods) A large modular table (extensions available) to share meals together. An unusual but charming detail enhances the kitchen: an old stone well, a vestige of the house's past. Covered with a secure glass slab and gently illuminated. A nod to the history of the house, it creates a unique atmosphere combining heritage and modernity. - A small cozy living room that turns into a sleeping area with its bench that converts into a 160 cm bed (sleeps 2). 1st floor: A modern and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There you will find the washing machine and dryer. A spacious and bright 25 m2 air-conditioned living room with TV and high-speed internet. One of the sofas converts into an extra bed for 2 people. (140 cm) On the 2nd floor: A first bedroom with skylight, equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). A baby crib and a child travel crib (up to 135 cm) can be provided. A second bedroom equipped with a 160 cm double bed and direct access to a private Tropezian. Intimate terrace ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sun (facing south) or the sweetness of summer evenings. The rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning and electric roller shutters for optimal comfort. Wardrobe with hangers and space dedicated to luggage storage.
