Guesthouse in Röstånga

Welcome to this newly-built little guest house for relaxation and nature experiences! The guest house has its own garden with a nice patio perfect for morning coffee and birdsong! The accommodation is located on the outskirts of central Röstånga in a quiet residential area with proximity to both Söderåsen National Park's various hiking trails, to Odensjön and to the center where you will find a café, restaurant and grocery store! You also have walking distance to Röstånga camping, several playgrounds, to the outdoor gym, etc. The space This newly-built guest house is suitable for two adults and two children or two to three adults. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, fridge with freezer compartment, etc.), a new bathroom with underfloor heating and shower, a separate bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a sofa bed that is about 130 cm wide when extended. There is an extra mattress to sleep on the floor if you prefer. There are two closets as well as storage space under the beds. The house is about 30 m2. The guest house has its own private garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. If you come with children and want some toys or coloring books in the house, just tell me and I'll put them in the guest house before you arrive. If you need anything else, please let me know and I can usually arrange it, I will be happy to help you if I can! Bed linens, hand and bath towels, two rental bicycles and final cleaning of the accommodation are included in the rental rate. Guest access The guest house is located on the same lot where I live, but the guest house has a private, demarcated and secluded garden that you have full access to during your stay. If you are missing something in the house, please let me know, I can usually arrange most things and I would like to help you have as nice a stay in the house as possible! You can choose to take the bus to Röstånga and walk to the house or you can take the car and park in the driveway or on the street.
