Duplex apartment with an exclusive view! The apartment is on the first floor and on the balcony there are chairs, a table and a hammock. The bedroom is on the second floor and is accessed by stairs. It has a double bed, single bed, air-conditioning, TV, open closet and hangers, wooden floor, window with curtain and a sofa. The kitchen is complete, featuring a stove, sink, cabinets, refrigerator, table with chairs and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is on the same floor as the kitchen. The space Our guesthouse is located 70 meters from Barra da Lagoa beach – Florianópolis. Yes, it is very close to the beach and at night you can sleep to the sound of the waves of the sea. Connect with nature in a comfortable, beautiful and peaceful environment. We have a camera system in the common areas and an electronic gate. There is a common area with a barbecue and tanks, and a balcony overlooking the beach. We provide bed linens, bath linens, pillows, rugs and a blanket.
