This two-story residence features four en-suite bedrooms, designed to provide you with privacy and absolute relaxation. Enjoy the property at your own pace thanks to its three unique terraces: Panoramic terrace on the upper floor: a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise or relax at sunset with open views of the mountains. Outdoor breakfast terrace: surrounded by nature, ideal for starting or ending the day with a leisurely meal. Pool terrace with bar and private bathroom: the social heart of the house, equipped with a grill ready to create memorable moments with family or friends. Each floor has its own fully equipped kitchenette, including a refrigerator and dishes, for your convenience. The undisputed star is the heated pool, spacious, elegant, and perfect for enjoying throughout the day. Remember to request the heating 24 hours in advance to ensure it reaches its optimal temperature (max. 33°C; not a jacuzzi). And for those days when you just want to relax and be pampered, the Folklore restaurant's room service is available, just 300 meters away, with bar and à la carte options delivered directly to your door. A space designed to disconnect, relax, and create unforgettable memories. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, including the house, garden, barbecue area, and pool. You will be greeted by our host, who will give you the keys and explain how everything works. The house is located about 100 meters from the beginning of Camino a Los Álamos, at its intersection with the main avenue, Paseo Real Acatitlán. We are on the right-hand side, and for easier access, we will send you a map with photos and geolocation links. We recommend using the Google Maps link we provide, as the street numbers on Circuito Avándaro are not uniform, and GPS makes it much easier to find the property. Other things to note A maximum of two small to medium-sized pets are allowed. If you wish to use the pool, please notify me 24 hours prior to arrival, as it is a large pool and takes a long time to heat up. There is an additional charge of 2,500 pesos per stay due to the significant energy required for heating. Firewood for the fireplace is not included. We have a garden heater which requires a gas tank and costs 600 pesos. Please request this in advance for installation. Please be aware that you are in the middle of the forest. There is high humidity, and during the rainy season, power outages or Wi-Fi disruptions are possible due to heavy rains and winds that sometimes knock down trees and power lines. We have a generator available for such situations. Although I always try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, the vagaries of nature and the response times of the CFE (Federal Electricity Commission) or Telcel (Telephone Company) are beyond my control.
