This is a centrally located sun drenched newly renovated stylish Victorian home that is close to Restaurants and Stores Downtown. It has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the home. It has 3 TVs, full kitchen with cutlery plates, pots pans, a coffee bar and large back yard that is mostly fenced in except for a small section in the back. There is a TV in the living room and both bedrooms. New kitchen! All new windows except for two. Washer and dryer on property for guest use, wifi. The space The main space is open concept with the living room merging into the new kitchen with large wood countertop. One of the bedrooms is at the front of the home, and one at the back, which has a separate bathroom! Enjoy this sun drenched quiet spacious home! It’s located close to the center of town in a safe neighborhood with an alleyway that goes around the back . Most of the garden is fenced in and it has a front porch. Guest able to use the entire place . Please make sure that if you’re working all day to turn the AC to a reasonable temperature if you are out all day and vice versa in the winter, turn the heat down to 68 when you are out all day. Please keep the thermostat on auto. We greatly appreciate your being a good citizen in the house! Guest access Guests have access to the whole space, this is a full time airbnb. Remember that this is an older home with new floors, renovated bathroom and brand, new kitchen and plumbing. However, it will be different than a new construction home. It is nice and warm in the winter and the AC works really well in the summer and it does have new windows and velvet curtains. You should be pretty comfortable!! Parking is on the street. You could park in the backyard however, if it’s been raining, it will ruin the grass Other things to note Please note that even though this home has been renovated completely, it is an old home. You may find the ceilings are higher than in most homes, and it has an unusual layout - the layout, however, is great if you want a little separation between guests because there is a bedroom with each its own bathroom on opposite ends of the home. One has to walk through a corridor from the back bedroom to the back bathroom, but it is nicely separated from the front part of the house. The windows in the bedrooms kitchen and living room are new in 2025. All windows have curtains.
