Other things to note - Rental Agreement & Pre-arrival Form are required. The Rental Agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. Before arrival, we'll request a Pre-Arrival Form that requires a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process. Must be 25 to rent this home. - When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings. - CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance. - For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front of the units. There are NO inside cameras.
