Relax, charge your batteries and enjoy this peaceful, stylish oasis – the perfect antidote to crowds and noise. This cozy single-family house is located in a dead end street (tranquility!) just outside the bustling center of Antwerp, within walking distance of Campus Drie Eiken, UZA and Boomsesteenweg. You can park for free on the street, and rental bikes are just around the corner, as is the bus stop. The space You will stay in a spacious, cozy private room (25m²) on the second floor – a cozy place for up to 2 people. There is a door lock provided for your privacy and safety. A quality twijfelaar box spring (140x200) is ready for you, including bed/bath linen and shower supplies. Furthermore, there is plenty of closet space, free WiFi, an armchair with side table to safely park your book. (Note: those who find climbing stairs annoying will get free extra calf muscles here.) The fly screens provide fresh air without unwanted insects, and with the air conditioning, it stays comfortable even on hot days. Guest access The bathroom with a door lock for your privacy and safety is shared on the first floor, while on the ground floor you are welcome in all living areas and the fully equipped open kitchen for a delicious coffee/thé. The garden is also open to a breath of fresh air or a good glass in the sun. Bicycles can be safely stored here overnight in the enclosed garden. Everything is negotiable as long as you treat this gem like it's your own home. During your stay I will be happy to remain available during your stay for tips & tricks or anything else... Other things to note In the evening, I like to keep it quiet myself (read: no nightclub, but Netflix and a good night's sleep).
