On the **lower level**, there is a bedroom with **direct access to the pool and a private bathroom**, as well as a room with **two bunk beds**—also with **pool access and its own bathroom**—making it ideal for children. These rooms connect to a spacious **game room** that includes a **bar, mini fridge, television with a sofa, board games, a pool table, and ping pong**. The **large swimming pool** offers **unparalleled ocean views**, creating the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of **Los Cabos** Guest access Guests have full access to the property from the moment of arrival. In addition, the property offers access to the exclusive Fundadores Beach Club for an affordable additional fee ($200 USD or $4,000 MXN), valid for all guests and for stays of up to 7 nights.
